What am I doing?
I am doing a Whole health program that includes Weight Management, Mental Health, Pain Relief, Emotional health and Spiritual well being. I am going to be using Essential Oils, herbs, bath salts, exercise, detoxification and meditation.
Why am I doing this?
Having lived a life in very unhealthy ways, Pack a Day smoking, Eating Greasy Fast Food, Sleeping erratically and overall abusing myself I have decided that it is time for a paradigm shift in my life.
How am I doing this?
I am going to blog about using the BeYoung Essential Oils™ BeFit program. I am also planning on doing detoxification using mainly oils and herbs while employing using other methods such as saunas and possible colonics. I am going to use the BeYoung liver cleanse. I am going to achieve emotional health using meditation and the E.A.T. program, expressing myself through music, and doing a gratitude journal.
***Note I want to show that there is not one ideal body type and that healthy looks very different per person. That obese has become an unhealthy term and something that 33% of us are, which to me is very biased, this states that a person is 20 % over their ideal/normal body weight. This does not give an normal body weight. How does one judge a normal body weight?

What are we doing?
We are putting Thomas on BeYoungs Be Fit program to see if it works and to see if Thomas can lose weight with it and feel great doing it. We are focusing on Whole health healing. We are using different detox methods to isolating individual organs. We are blogging about Thomas’ experiences through traditional blog writing and through video blogging.
Why are we doing this?
Thomas has many health challenges that may be weight related like: Bad knees, hard
time sitting in different positions, Asthma (bad lungs/ breathing problems), spine issues,
and other things. We also want to see if the BeFit program works for weight loss and if
the BeFit program makes Thomas feel better overall. We also are interested in Thomas getting rid of his inhalator. We want Thomas to lose weight and to tone up. On an intellectual level we want to show that there is no ONE WAY to lose weight and feel better, and to show that people can have fun, eat healthy, and feel good while doing a diet. We would like to help people feel better and to be able to make some supplemental income through BeYoung.
How are we doing this?
We are going to blog Thomas’ experiences both through Thomas writing about it and creating videos and pictures for the blog. The blog will include a breakdown of what the BeFit program is; a weekly, monthly, and specific time calendar (4 months???); the oils and herbs we will use to isolate his organs and clean them through flushing (peeing, sweating, pooing, and other ways (like??)) and strengthen them through physical exercises along with doing emotional, intellectual, and spiritual exercises. We feel like a lot of physical pains are emotions that attach to body parts like muscles and bones causing pain. That a lot of pain, if not most, has root causes in emotions and spiritual pain like feeling isolated and worthless among other things. Thomas is focusing on Whole Health Care which our definition of it is “looking at and healing all areas of life Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual through experiential exercises, mental exercises, and emotional exercises that we would blog about”. We are food regime setting up foods that Thomas can eat for maximum health and foods Thomas should not eat because they are not healthy (we may have Thomas try unhealthy foods when he is in the diet/ cleanses to see how he tolerates it). We are setting up an exercise regime for Thomas (probably minimal at the beginning and stronger exercises at the end). The end result to us will be a great guiding post to others whom want to be fit, lose weight, and feel fantastic.
